Fran has been the business manager for RGS and CCA since 1988, and yes, she is Mike's wife! She has a BS in Psychology from Mary Washington College and many years of office experience, including insurance and patient billing with Instructive Visiting Nurses Association. Fran was also a caseworker servicing adults for the Richmond Department of Social Services.

Like her husband, Mike, Fran grew up in a small, rural community with a supportive family, church and school; but in her case, it was in central Virginia. She also comes from a service-oriented family. Her brother is a minister, and her sister is a schoolteacher. If you call CCA or RGS, chances are you'll get to speak with her.
