Ila has been a valuable addition to the office staff at Resource Guidance since the spring of 2005.  She has had extensive office management and bookkeeping experience, working previously as a secretary and bookkeeper for St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Powhatan for nearly 13 years.

Before her son’s birth in 1984 Ila had also worked in the data processing departments of some of the largest banks in the Richmond area. Born and raised in Richmond, but hailing originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains, Ila and her husband have enjoyed the country quiet of Powhatan over the past the 28 years.
